Thursdays at 5-6:30pm

This in-person, co-ed group for teens in high school is led by Katie Herzer, LCSW, and Caroline Parsley, intern.

DBT Group for Adults
Tuesdays at 5-6:30pm

This virtual, co-ed group is led by Austin Hunter, LPC. It is a 24-week commitment.

Balanced Parenting Group
Tuesdays at 12pm

Parenting is challenging, especially when emotions run high. Our Balanced Parenting Group utilizes DBT skills and attachment theory to provide parents tools to strengthen your bond with your child while managing difficult moments. Learn emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and effective communication to reduce conflict and foster secure attachment.

Led by trained therapists (BeCa is a parent of teens; Katie a seasoned therapist who worked for years in a residential setting for teens), this supportive group helps parents create a stable, nurturing environment where children and teens feel safe and understood.

Our “Lunchtime Group” is a hybrid, co-ed group led by Catherine Moon, LCSW, and Karen Cleveland, LCSW. It is a 24-week commitment.

This in-person, co-ed group is led by Katie Herzer, LCSW. For high schoolers.
